Mr. Plus One

Professor Satoshi Minamoto is headed home to Japan for his older sister's wedding. A high profile event as two powerful families will be united, means the guest list is the whose who of the region. Being the black sheep of the family Satoshi's anxiety is flaring up as he anticipates his family reunion. Meeting a handsome young man on the plane, the professor decides having a "date" may help him deal with all the familial pressure, so after catching up with his brother over a few drinks, he calls the handsome host begging him to attend the event. The next morning, Satoshi awakens in a haze until he is greeted by the host charming his family. After they sneak away to hammer out the rules to their arrangement, the professor is confronted by a face from the past. The best man at the wedding happens to be a colleague of the groom and an old school mate of Satoshi. Stuck between a rock and a hard place his anxiety is bound to get the best of him until Taiyu agrees to be his professional wedding date. Helping the professor reconnect with family and friends, navigating all of the wedding events, and convincing him that he is enough, Taiyu and Satoshi begin to fall for each other. Can these men make something real out of this fake arrangement or is the illusion desitned to end after the "I do's" ?
